Pastor Leke Adeboye, son of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), has taken the Gospel beyond traditional church walls and into the streets.

The outreach, marked by vibrant worship, preaching, and prayers, drew the attention of passersby and residents, sparking excitement and participation from believers and non-believers alike.

During the event, Pastor Leke emphasized the importance of taking the Gospel to people where they are, rather than expecting them to come to church.

“We are called to go into the world and make disciples of all nations. That means stepping out of our comfort zones and bringing Jesus to the streets.”. He said

The outreach is part of a larger initiative, the Street Church Project, located at Amuwo Odofin, powered by RCCG Jesus Palace and RCCG Youth Province 1 under Pastor Leke’s leadership.

The project features a converted school bus turned mobile box, equipped with bespoke toilets, bathrooms, and amenities. Participants receive packages with essentials like toiletries, clothing, and food, as well as a safe space to freshen up and worship.
